Fix UI's responsive behaviour #58

The UI should be responsive but some things aren't.

  1. The top menu doesn't work for smaller resolutions (you can even test this in a desktop browser)
  2. The view-port isn't scaled for mobile devices
  3. The char counter position isn't correct for smaller resolutions (resize your desktop browser window to check this)
