UX concern: "reply" use case

Currently you can reply to a post by tapping/ clicking on the post content. This unfortunately disables the ability to copy a post's content.

My suggestion would be to instead introduce a "reply" glyphicon e.g. glyphicon-edit from http://getbootstrap.com/components/#glyphicons-glyphs

Yeah, that was never meant to be a permanent solution - so adding some sort of reply button seems like a good idea.
