Suggestions for #70 and #56 #77

  1. the changes/ fixes for #70 (see commit message in https://github.com/aheusingfeld/statuses/commit/403a25bd2fadedad38f9b864c0a2cfa59f39c289) have been cleaned and squashed
  2. the 140 character limit mentioned in #56 has been removed. (see https://github.com/aheusingfeld/statuses/commit/bb9288710d01e6d2c961164219f75ea3f704a144 for details)
  3. change for #73 "show only one "reply-form" at a time" (see https://github.com/aheusingfeld/statuses/commit/27596765805e09757deab6ef5311cb50ab91fe71)
  4. fix for #78 duplicate ids for "text" field (see https://github.com/aheusingfeld/statuses/commit/3a662d213dd0ef8e59a8112f4322ef71bf143870)

Did some testing locally and added a few bugfixes. Shall we change anything more or do we want to merge it?

added some more fixes... maybe it's time to merge and deploy?!
