Per-axis gyro mode, gyro absolute mode overhaul #79

Gyro "Absolute axis" mode was originally made for the racing profile and was only tested for using the X axis.

But it behaves very poorly when using X and Y axis at the same time.

Each axis should have an independent gyro mode and sensitivity.
