Modernize recipe [WIP] #13

This is a joint effort with gaudi and tangram PRs for their recipes.

It's all about minimizing dependencies are more accurate pinning, while being able to use recent conda-build versions.

[x] Update unsupervised UCSF Chimera installation (mimicking GaudiMM's)
[x] Modernize recipe
[x] multi os (several Linux and mac OS builds)
[x] ~~Current recipe fails with notebook. libpng is involved.~~ Could not reproduce with CI.
[x] Test cross dependencies (gaudi and tangram might be affected too)
