Sync users from Hamanity

This branch will sync new and existing users from Humanity to panda-pto, and update information from the external site to the application.

Test

pull branch and remove GMAIL_USERNAME and GMAIL_PASSWORD from your env to prevent mailers from going out on user creation.

• [x] on local remove gmail env vars to present user creation going out to the floor.
• [x] run rake sync_humanity_users
• [x] verify the new users were created on local
• [x] modify a user in humanity (schedule, team, whatever)
• [x] rerun task
• [x] verify modifications were made to the users in local
