requests mailers haven't been update to account for changes introduced with quarterly functionality.
Most request mailers include something along the lines of:
<p>Remaining balance: <%= @user.bank_value %></p>
which can be confusing as spending power is now more more convoluted than just a user's bank value.
Options I see are:
a.) include balance information for all quarters
b.) include balance information for the quarter the request was made in
c.) omit balance information entirely
