Incomplete readme file #63

Dear sir, It seems that the README file do not match the lasted InstaNovo. It's hard to train the model based on the descripton of the README file. Can you help me or update your files?

Hi @jack-jiang01

Can you give the exact error message or more details about the problems you're encountering. We have released a new version of InstaNovo a few days ago, including updates to the README file (2e46d6e467f26ec0dbec5f31174b576e7642ebcd and a99f2ae0c9474ce63276de22317fe2628256cd87).

The readme file is written to require.ipc format files for training Instanovo, but in the data conversion section, the mgf file is converted to another format.
