As we're allowing uploads of potentially large images without resizing, we should monitor the size of the S3 bucket that stores these images.

Currently at ~35GB of Alyx image data (~50K objects). Added an alarm for anomaly detection (when day change exceeds 1 s.d. of projected bytes increase.
