Once the user selects the subject, we should select the latest set of parameters for procedures, task and project.

This is a convenience feature for ergonomic only so:

• no need to go overboard by trying to query the database, we can just save the set of parameters for the subject when the start button is pressed
• to make it simple, we should use the settings functionality provided by pyqt for this purpose, with a dictionary like structure where each key is a subject name

The choices are set on selection of the mouse

The fields should be mandatory as well: it is not possible to not select a project nor a procedure.

@bimac this is also causing regular issues when multiple mice are being run across multiple rigs, causing some mice to sometimes run on the wrong tasks... so would be good to address soon. Pre-populating with the latest protocol for a given subject would be really helpful, especially for less experienced techs.
