Any thoughts as to why the following would happen? Rachel posted to me the following: "I worked on water calibration this weekend, and was able to successfully calibrate the valves for rigs 2 & 3 using the latest version (v8). I tried to calibrate rig 1, though on the second ‘Calibration’ step, the valve control seemed to malfunction. In all four times that I tried to calibrate rig 1, the valve would continuously pulse without ceasing at 56 samples. I replaced the tubing for all the rigs and recorded the calibration date on the white board. Please let me know if there are additional steps I should take to calibrate rig 1, and thank you!"
