dkms: fix commit ids #85

Issue: intel/media-delivery#83

CSE and PMT DKMS git projects got history rewrite to fix some issues. So, commit ids got altered. This commit resotres status quo.

This restores dkms build after the CSE/PMT force-push update. Hopefully won't happen in the future.
