Add Wallet Links #144

Add links to rafiki.money and xpring.io tesnet wallets.
Rebuild site to get new STREAM receipt content.

The thrust of this change is the libraries addition, but when I re-built the site using dactyl, the Stream Receipt changes got picked up. @wilsonianb take a look to validate?

The only worry I have is we should probably be more visual that these wallets are in testnet only.

@matdehaast Is there a specific change you propose? FWIW, the text already includes the "testnet" verbiage, and it should be up to each wallet to indicate to its users that they are or are not in testnet.

But happy to add something if you want to suggest it.
