Add Github logo #60

Also, could you make it so it shows up in white when you haven't clicked on Github (and change to black when it is clicked)?

Strange, it looks centered in my local setup. What browser/OS are you using? There seems to be a strange bug with the hover state for the dropdown in terms of color and state change. I didn't put this dropdown in originally I think @adrianhopebailie did. Any thoughts?

It was an issue with the CSS loading from interledger.org when I served it locally. All good
