fix: makes ILP Kit test suite compatible with ILP kit 2.0 #71

@dappelt can you change the base branch from master to 2.0? That way when we run the integration tests on the 2.0 branch of ilp-kit, it will load this code (right?), but when we run them on master, they still use the code that works there.
