I think we're at a point where the Onboarding document has enough basic material to be uploaded to the Wiki. There's still more to add, but we can continue to update it as we go. Thoughts?

I've started pasting stuff into the wiki. Will try to finish up this week.

Update: This stuff is pretty much all integrated. Edited some stuff so it makes more sense the way I organized the sections in the wiki. I wasn't exactly sure what to do with the stuff on this page and I'm going to look more at it later.
