Per discussion here, I believe the Shootings Victim file was mistakenly put in the April Complaints set when it should've been part of the May Shootings set. It was accompanied by a FOIA response letter that has request ID ending in 217, which the same FOIA as the May Shootings set.
Additionally, I've moved the IPRA Investigators Info file to context, since it didn't seem to be a part of the April Complaints FOIA.
