OBIS records with large coordinate uncertainty of 10km

@Ayush Anand and I were browsing through records and found some records which have surprisingly large coordinate uncertainty. The first record here, for example, has a coordinate uncertainty of 10km. An uncertainty that high seems suspicious to me.

That's not unusual for museum specimens I think, tags often have vague locality descriptions which translates into a large coordinate uncertainty.

yes, I can also think of some records where people didn't document the coordinates but knew the locality and added a polygon afterwards with a centroid and a large uncertainty to cover the area of the polygon
