How to Use it #15

I have installed TS on my ubuntu 14.04 successfully, but i am unable to find instructions for starting analysis on this. Can anyone please provide some material , how to use it for analysis of targeted sequencing data.

You will however, first need to create an Ion Community account. Anyone can register.

@bhasin77 can you share you knowledge about how did you manage to install TS on ubuntu 14.04? did you used server or desktop edition... i am stuck at installing "ion-dbreports" it ask for psycopg2 (>=2.5) whereas tried installing same or newer version. same error repeats... Your help would BE appreciated...
