REGEX allows german umlauts #32

This still allows umlauts äöüÄÖÜ if LOCALE is set to german

Better use this instead:

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0-9
