Illegal instruction #6

I've built the whole Analasys module. However some of the compiled programs are not working but others do well. Maybe some of LAPACK, BLAS, HDF, BOOST or other libraries I've installed don't fit the requirement for Ion Torrent Suite. A complete version of all libraries would be helpful.

Here are some error examples:

Other tools are working as intended:

./tvcutils 

tvcutils 4.0-7 () - Miscellaneous tools used by Torrent Variant Caller plugin and workflow.

Usage:   tvcutils <command> [options]

Commands:
         prepare_hotspots  Convert BED or VCF file into a valid hotspot file
         validate_bed      Validate targets or hotspots file
