Iota transition not successful - Balance at 0 despite >1000 addresses checked

Hi, I have just logged in to my account after several weeks and wanted to do the transition from my old seed to the new one. When using version 2.4.0, I fulled the transition guide precisely but despite >1000 addresses check, I could not recover my balance but only saw 0.

I also tried version 2.5.1 one - the lastest release - and can log in with my old seed but balance remains at zero despite re-attaching the tangle / generating new addresses. Any advice?

P.s.: I might have been in affected by the key re-use issue. Any chance to check that?

I understood that phase II of the reclaim process is not yet active, I.e. You need to wait another couple of days until you can access the Iota using your new and old seed. Correct?

Unfortunately, I don't know either. The reclaim process worked for me but I don't have my balance back as well and keep on attaching to tangle. Hoping to see my balance very soon...

I got the confirmation and the address where I will receive my IOTA back, but the balance of that new address is still showing 0.

Hi, I cannot send any IOTAS because my transactions never get confirmed. I did the recovery process but lost my new seed. However, when I log into my wallet (2.5.4) with my old seed. my balance appears normal. My question is, why I can't send any IOTAS to any address since the transactions remain pending? IOTA balance was equal to 0. I managed to restore it, but now I can not send it to bitfininex. Transaction is pending for more than 8 days. In this case, the seed could not be replaced, perhaps this is the cause of the problem with the transaction. When changing seed, I see a recovery old seed has balance. Need help solving the problem!

It does not seem as though you were transitioned which is why I find it strange you’re having problems. Have you kept a list of each seed you’ve produced? You may be using the wrong seed, which actually happens.

1.) I read this morning a new wallet is to be released next day or so. 2.) in your case I think you just need to generate several receive addresses and attach them as PoW and try to change your node to different one before you generate addresses.

3.) log in and out of your wallet between a few of your receive addresss generation. Helped me a few times, I think

Hello Thomas, thanks, I have downloaded the new wallet version 2.5.5 and it is the same issue, i have only 3 Mi on my account and i can see all addresses wich should contain all my Iota in the history but nothing credited on my account. I inform you that i follow your advice changing node and generated addresses but nothing change. The problem is that all addresses i used to transfer iota on my iota wallet are already generated ( i can see it in my history) but there is no iotas associated for each addresses ( my addresses shows zero amount of iota whereas these is the good addresses which has been generated). So i think it is useless to generated more addressesthat i didn't use before. So i think we can contactone member of the foundation to help us manually to recover my iota with my addresses. Hi Jose, It'll be a huge favor if you or anyone from the community lay down step by step instructions on how to get the balance back. Did the reclaim twice. Process 1 and 2. But still nothing. I have both old and new seed. Don't know which seed to use for my balance to show up.
