display a visual hint on mouse-hover on action menu item.

eg:

hover on 'split horizontal' menu item will display a line indicating where the container split will happen
hove on 'close others' menu item will show a grey marching ants thick line around containers that will be closed, or something.

This issue is about the split indicator.
