-bridge fails when bridge doesn't preexist since May commit. #16

Task to track issues since 75853dee7c94958d97acb55229204c19895b2449 preventing VM networking management with a bridge when the bridge doesn't preexist.

Rewriting the bridge function in a local branch will close this when its out of the way.
