OKR: Initial OKR’s for Q2 #24

Apologies, I accidentally merged the first draft of this, but please modify this branch and we won’t consider these finalized until this PR gets merged.

I put the CARv2 one back in there, it's still dangling and needs some wrangling to land and get implemented. P1 compared to other work but would appreciate the pressure of it being in here.

Pushed some refinements to mine.

Trying to avoid the phrase "feature complete" for mine, especially for for codegen. A fully itemized list of "feature complete" for codegen would be big (e.g., every representation strategy, no matter how rarely-used), and I don't think I'll prioritize actually finishing that whole list at the same time. Pivoted that line to talk about having a demo product using it out there instead -- little clearer what that would look like, and more definite to fit in a quarter.
