This stops minos from making plots at the end of running adjudicate. Motivation:

we're not using them
I was using them for debugging filtering etc and looking at TPs/FPs etc. We plan to do that elsewhere as a separate repo
tests fail with seaborn version 0.10.0. They pass with 0.9.0. Not worth debugging this.
