Binary releases aren't readable #55

The rpm releases for this plugin are not accessible at https://packages.irods.org, e.g. https://packages.irods.org/yum/pool/el8/x86_64/irods-auth-plugin-pam-interactive-client-0.1.0-0.el8+4.3.3.x86_64.rpm returns a 403 error. Can this be fixed?
