/timer is not a valid command

Whenever I attempt to use the /timer command it throws the error, "/timer is not a valid command..."

And here is the console log

Looks like this is happening for me in the local version of Foundry only; same configuration in The Forge is working

Looks like my local install is borked somehow... it's flagged as 1.4.0 in the install list, but the manage module list says it's beta1.0.0 (despite not being locked). I'll close the ticket.
