Incorporate summaries of the Psi, tau, and epsilon vectors #3

Right now the msfs object has a params field that's getting populated with zeta, psi, and vectors of numbers of pops per coexpansion event, and tau and epsilon for each coexpansion event. These should be summarized somehow for the simulation output.

The first four moments of the taus and epsilons vectors are now included in the simulation outputs.
