How to get started:

1. Select one challenging topic from FL curriculum (e.g., architectural patterns)
2. Write down how you successfully taught this topic
3. Note what worked and what didn't

Content requirements:

• Focus on topics that typically challenge FL participants
• Include timing suggestions for different teaching approaches
• Address different learning styles

Definition of Done: Teaching tips section includes:

• Two detailed teaching strategies for each major FL topic area:
  • Basic concepts
  • Requirements & constraints
  • Design & development
  • Documentation
  • Analysis
• Each strategy includes:
  • Preparation needed
  • Time required
  • Common participant questions/concerns
  • Indicators of success
• Tips are concrete and actionable
• Maximum 2-3 paragraphs per strategy
• Clear connection to specific FL learning goals

Suggested time-box: 4 hours (could be split into two 2-hour sessions) References needed: FL curriculum, own training experience
