Purpose: Transform current general prerequisites into specific, measurable criteria that help both T3 trainers and potential participants assess readiness.

Current state analysis: The existing prerequisites section:

How to get started:

  1. Review current section:
    • "Prerequisites for participating in a T3 training"
    • "Requirements for providing a T3 training"
    • "Further prerequisites"
  2. For each vague requirement, define specific measurable criteria
  3. Compare with FL curriculum prerequisites as baseline

Content to add/modify:

  1. For "extensive and repeated experience in providing presentations":

    • Minimum number of training days delivered
    • Types of training (technical, professional, etc.)
    • Minimum group sizes
    • Time period over which experience was gained
  2. For "basic background knowledge of didactics":

    • List specific concepts that must be understood
    • Acceptable forms of acquiring this knowledge
    • How this knowledge can be demonstrated
  3. For "practical experience":

    • Minimum years in software development
    • Required roles/positions held
    • Types of projects/domains

Definition of Done: Prerequisites section includes:
