Macro to create Spell Item AEs

It should be relatively easy to write a Macro that creates an ActiveEffect on all Spell Items on selected Token's Actors if there is a duration set.

• [ ] proof of concept.
• [ ] create AE for all Spell Items with duration, and only those.
• [ ] don't touch Items that already have any AE in order to be viable for level-up (and hand made changes).
