Can we ddbi munch once for all servers?

ID-wise it should not matter as the UUID is only a path and the root bing the name won't change. Not sure if there might be a folders problem. I do think we should be able to replace the database files with the latest munch as long as the versions match -- will test.

On the other hand, with it now taking normal(ish) time seemingly, we might just as well just munch per server again, right? Even if it would take three times as much time as it takes here, like once every half year for every running campaign, and once during setting up a campaign, does not seem too bad - ? @PhDaveMil

ddbi will become irrelevant with moving to 2024 (ddb won't)
