[ ] make v12 directory
[ ] copy ./data/Data
[ ] copy ./code from downloaded Foundry v12
[ ] remove warpgate Module
[ ] update both dnd5e System and all Modules before starting up the World
[ ] F-12 and start up the World, migrate

done, everything that will be migrated has been. EB won't be
