Adjust the Death Saves code in Module to table use. I think we are using nothing of it anymore, including putting back the normal reset on healing would be okay as they are tracked on paper anyways (as we without serious hacking and maintaining that hack cannot hide it from the character sheet)?

the new character sheet broke it anyways, remove it
