crudini --set ./etc/tempest.conf load_balancer enable_security_groups "True" crudini --set ./etc/tempest.conf network_feature_enabled port_security "True" crudini --set ./etc/tempest.conf load_balancer member_role "member" crudini --set ./etc/tempest.conf load_balancer admin_role "admin" ^ those are needed to be set in tempest conf please

Different plugins moved to other images. Octavia was not part of the migrated plugins. Please let me know if an image is need for Octavia.
