Add dataset from second time point #30

I have received the data. I have copied them under duke:temp/jcohen/canproco_data_timepointtwo we need to:

[x] Make sure they pass BIDS validator
[x] Add them to git-annex
[ ] Remove temp folder

Images pushed to git-annex under branch plb/insert_time_point. Added code to add new data time point in canproco/code/insert_time_point_data.py. The previous code generates a report of the data added ; here it is for the M12 data points : insertion_report.txt

In summary : 342 new data point added (339 existing sub-ID and 3 new subjects).

After the conversation this morning with Shannon, I was thinking that maybe we should also report the fact that there were 3 new subjects (sub-mon164, sub-cal064 and sub-edm161) which were added with the M12 data. These subjects weren't part of the dataset which only included M0 timepoint. It might be helpful for them.

What do you think @valosekj @jcohenadad ?
