Sc and lesion segmentation model

Here is the code for the sc and lesion segmentation model on branch Plb/sc lesion seg model It contains the code for :

• segmentation of the spinal cord using the contrast agnostic model (similar to the code from @valosekj but in Python)
• README file to explain the process to be done
• the requirements file
• conversion to the BIDS format of the sc seg and putting them in the canproco dataset
• conversion to the nnunet format for a region-based model
