The code in this PR details the steps for the dataframe analysis. The dataframe contains information about:

patient pathology, clinical scores
lesion analysis
lesion analysis per vertebral level

For now, we are working only on time point M0.

This PR contains the following code:

generate_dataframe.py : this code generates the dataframe
dataframe_analysis.ipynb : this code generates the statistics and the figure of the analysis
image.py : this file is used to go process .nii.gz files
README.md : this file describes how to use the code in this folder
requirements_dataframe.txt : this file describes the libraries to install to use the code in this folder
