Simplify inference script for using the model #78

Created this PR to share the repository with other labs so that they can easily use the model. The obejctive is to easily use our 2D or 3D nnUNet models for lesion segmentation using a region-based approach.

Modifications :

updated the README.md file with instructions
added the packaging folder
