Tabletop confirmation #20

Might be good to output the tabletop layer to see that it consists of only the black puzzle foam-board regions. Having this option would be consistent with proper testing of the four layers.

I believe this is done and integrated into Mary's perception package. Testing executes:

rosrun mary_perception test_blackmat

Partial test code is in testing/layers/perceive02pieces.py
