gctest reports "Bus error" BDWGC source: master branch kFreeBSD version: debian-6.0.5

Suggested workaround for clients: pass -DNO_INCREMENTAL to CFLAGS, do not call GC_enable_incremental.

For now, MPROTECT_VDB is off except for single-threaded case. Same as for FreeBSD.
