For the simplicity and usability of it, we will implement a simple contact us section with a link to an email address with our company email.
This can be developed and place on the main menu or something else right before they create a form or at the conclusion of creating a form.
Another idea that perhaps we can implement later on is a simple survey at the conclusion of using the product. This survey can just asks questions like how did you like the product, what was the best thing, the worse thing, what can be improved.
