app: It is possible to make user claiming unreachable by creating multiple wallets before claiming a userId #5

If a user

  1. signs up and creates a new wallet by entering a wallet password
  2. but, does not then complete the claiming process,
  3. then does 1 after clearing the application cache / or on a new device

They won't be able to create a wallet, and the app will not know that a wallet was already created.
