Context Running tests in the pipeline ensures that your main branch is always in its best state.

As a developer I want tests to gate my merges So that I don't break my main branch

Acceptance Criteria

main branch should be protected
tests should run on creation of branches
branches shouldn't be allowed to merge if the tests fail
