https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0tXrFA-XnU this video doesn't have subtitles, what your seeing in flash is a system that attempts to approximate what hes saying by using speech to text built into the flash player.
VLCTube requires the video to have subtitles specially encoded into the video for it to use them or however premade subtitles work on youtube
Thanks Sonic for the explanation.
Jackun, Can you make VLCtube show some kind of indication that "Automatic captions" for the video exist and maybe also show another indication for "annotations" existence.
BTW - To have these "Automatic captions" a video must not "break" those 5 rules: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3038280?hl=en
e.g. : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0tXrFA-XnU
a video which does work https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6Sxv-sUYtM
Also , is it possible to show in some way the text of the flash annotations ?
VLCtube 57.28 Win7 x64 VLC web plugin 2.1.0.0
Thanks in advance.
