Shortcut test and preliminary configuration

• SPACE = play/pause if INPUT/TEXTAREA/BUTTON are not focused.
• CTRL + LEFT/RIGHT = seek by 10 seconds if INPUT/TEXTAREA are not focused.
• CTRL + UP/DOWN = change volume by 1% if INPUT/TEXTAREA are not focused and VLC is playing.
