Is packer 3.1 really final?

Hi Dean.  I'm wondering if Packer 3.1 final is out?  Your comment on this
issue led me to believe yes:

But I'm wondering why http://dean.edwards.name/packer/ is still showing
Packer 3.0...

Have you just not gotten around to updating the site.. or are there still
some refinements that you are still making to Packer 3.1

I'd like to update http://comrressorrater.thruhere.net to the latest Packer
version if it's stable and final as I'm been running with Packer 3.1 alpha
3 forever...!

Yes, you can consider it final. I haven't touched the code in ages and I doubt 
that I 
will make any more changes.
