Take cherry-pick from @ajukes PR and add more changes required by owner

This looks good. Can you make some changes to the span detail view, which currently looks like this

filter out (remove) all the properties starting with "telemetry", as well as internal.span.format
add a Duration property, calculated from start and end time

1/ telemetry and internal span attributes removed. 2/ Duration is added to span details
