Creating / Editing a Carrier does not works when using Firefox

When using firefox to create/edit a carrier, the save button does not works.

Steps for reproducing the bug:

• Use firefox
• Log in as an account user
• Click on the button to create a carrier
• Select "Twillio" as predefined carrier
• Select an application
• Try to use the save button to save it (nothing will happen)

Hi @paulotelles I'm able to crate/edit/delete a carrier from user account.

May I know jambonz version that you are using? on-prem or jambonz.cloud?

closing this issue as not able to reproduce the issue and there is no reply for 3 weeks.
